Pro renews automatically until cancelled. After the 14-day free trial your card is charged $199 per seat / month, or $1,990 per seat / year on the annual plan, and renews each period until you cancel in Settings → Billing. The amount follows your seat count as people join or leave, so a six-seat team on monthly is $1,194/month, not $199.
The free trial is once per organization — if yours has subscribed before, billing starts immediately. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access through the period you have already paid for.
