My name is Kirill Lomko. Over a decade in commercial exterior envelope. I am not a software founder who interviewed a few estimators and built a guess. I came up doing takeoffs, and Ollie is the tool I kept wishing existed while I did them.

What I kept wishing for

There are more of these than I could fit on a page. A handful pushed hardest, and they are the ones Ollie does first.

• Knowing who did what on a drawing. When more than one person touches a set, you should see whose marks you are looking at, not guess.
• Finding every takeoff item on the page it lives on. This matters most when you review someone else's work: you should land on the exact sheet a number came from instead of hunting for it.
• AI that saves time on the parts nobody enjoys: reading callouts, pulling assemblies out of the spec book, answering what the parapet height is without flipping pages.
• A master sheet that is smart, not a dead export. Quantities roll up, columns calculate, and you work inside the sheet instead of rebuilding it in Excel.

What I believe

Measurement is a craft, and the estimator is the one with the judgment. AI is an assistant to a talented estimator, not a replacement for one. Ollie takes the page-flipping, the callout hunting, and the arithmetic off your plate so you move faster and second-guess less, while every number stays yours to stand behind.
