Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs your use of the Ollie platform, websites, and applications (the "Service") provided by Ollie.Cloud LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Ollie," "we," "us," or "our"). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service, and it works alongside our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. We may update this AUP from time to time; the current version applies to your use of the Service.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization, including activity by every admin, estimator, and viewer you invite or allow to use the Service, and for ensuring that each of them complies with this AUP. You must use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes, and you are responsible for the content you upload, store, generate, or transmit through it.

2. Prohibited content

You must not upload, store, generate, or transmit content that:

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that you do not otherwise have the rights to submit;
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code, or is designed to disrupt or damage software, systems, or data;
• Contains sensitive personal data you are not authorized to process (for example, government-issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or special categories of personal data) except as expressly agreed in writing; or
• Violates any applicable law, regulation, export control, or sanctions requirement.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Access or use the Service without authorization, or attempt to access another organization's or user's data (the Service enforces organization and role boundaries — do not try to circumvent them);
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except under an authorized program as described in Section 6;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or the data it contains;
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
• Use the Service, or Service outputs, to build or train a competing product or service; or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Fair use, rate limits, and AI/cost abuse

The Service applies usage limits and abuse controls to keep it fast, reliable, and affordable for everyone. You must not:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or exceed plan limits, feature gating, quotas, or rate limits, including those that apply to AI features;
• Automate, script, or generate excessive requests (including bulk uploads, renders, or AI calls) in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Service or is designed to run up processing costs;
• Upload files crafted to consume disproportionate compute or memory (for example, maliciously oversized or malformed PDFs); or
• Access the Service through unauthorized automated means, or scrape it, except through interfaces we provide for that purpose.

Why this matters. AI analysis, rendering, and storage carry real per-use costs. Deliberate attempts to defeat our metering, quotas, or plan limits are a material violation of this AUP and may result in immediate suspension.

5. Use of AI features

AI features are provided to assist you and can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You must independently verify AI-assisted output — including sheet names, callout and reference detections, scales, measurements, quantities, assemblies, and estimates — before relying on it for bids, contracts, or construction. You must not use AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to extract another party's confidential data. How AI features process your content, including what is sent to our AI subprocessor, is described in our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors list.

6. Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities

We welcome good-faith security research and are committed to working with the security community. This section describes how to report a vulnerability and the protections we offer researchers who follow it. We do not currently operate a paid bug-bounty program.

6.1 How to report

Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@ollie.cloud. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue — the affected URL or feature, a description of the vulnerability and its potential impact, and step-by-step reproduction notes or a proof of concept. Please do not include real customer data in your report. Use the same address to report a suspected account compromise.

6.2 Our commitment (safe harbor)

If you make a good-faith effort to comply with this policy during your research, we will consider your research authorized, we will work with you to understand and resolve the issue promptly, and we will not pursue or support legal action against you for it. If a third party brings legal action against you for activities you conducted consistent with this policy, we will make it known that your actions were authorized.

6.3 Rules of engagement

To qualify for the protections above, you must:

• Act in good faith and avoid privacy violations, data destruction, and interruption or degradation of the Service;
• Only access data that is yours or is test data, and only to the minimum extent necessary to demonstrate a vulnerability — never another customer's data;
• Not run automated scanning at volumes that degrade the Service, and not use social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks against our staff, users, or facilities;
• Stop testing and notify us immediately if you encounter any customer data, and not retain, copy, transfer, or disclose it; and
• Give us a reasonable time to investigate and remediate before disclosing the issue publicly, and coordinate any public disclosure with us.

6.4 Out of scope

Reports that consist only of the following are generally out of scope: findings from automated tools without demonstrated impact; missing best-practice headers or configurations without a concrete exploit; denial-of-service or volumetric testing; social-engineering or spam issues; and vulnerabilities in third-party services we use (please report those to the relevant provider, listed in our Subprocessors page).

6.5 Our response

We aim to acknowledge a valid report within five business days, keep you informed of our progress, and let you know when the issue is resolved. With your permission, we are happy to credit you for responsibly disclosed, valid findings.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing or disabling content, throttling or restricting features, and suspending or terminating accounts or organizations. Where a violation creates immediate risk to the Service, other users, or third parties, we may act without prior notice. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

9. Copyright and repeat infringers

Uploading material you do not have the rights to submit is a violation of this AUP. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. To report infringing material, or to file a counter-notification, follow the procedure in our Copyright and DMCA Policy.
